The Morgan Wall and Hand Target Pads are designed to be used like a rag-filled round shield that can also be hung against a flat surface to double up as a square punching target.  Featuring 4 independent areas to hold the bag offers a wide degree of versatility. The target pads can be held close to the body, placed over your legs or used as a weighted bag to maximise training.  Using premium Australian made inner rag fill that is filled in our warehouse also allows you to specify the desired weight for the product.
